The No. 5 McMinnville girls soccer team moved to 10-0-1 on the season with a 2-0 win at Forest Grove on Monday night. The victory puts the Grizzlies in sole possession of first place in the conference as they get set to host Glencoe on Thursday night.

The McMinnville boys soccer team stayed atop the Pacific Conference standings with a 4-1 win versus Forest Grove on Monday at Wortman Stadium. The victory moves the Grizzlies to 7-1-3 overall and 2-0 in conference as they get set to hit the road to take on Glencoe on Wednesday.

VOLLEYBALL
#3 Dayton gets revenge, beats #5 Santiam Christian in four
The 3A No. 3 Dayton volleyball team avenged it's only league loss of the season and defeated Santiam Christian 3-1 (25-10, 25-16, 24-26, 28-26) on Tuesday in Dayton. The victory moves the Pirates (15-4 overall) and Eagles (14-5) tied atop the West Valley League standings at 6-1. Dayton closes out its regular season Thursday at home against Yamhill-Carlton.
